Beijing retirees heating costs to where to collect

The heating fee for retired workers in Beijing is paid with the social security, and it is directly credited to the card. After the insured person establishes the basic pension insurance relationship and pays the contributions according to the regulations in the new place of employment, the employer or the insured person submits a written application for the transfer of the basic pension insurance relationship to the social security agency of the new place of employment. Within 15 working days, the social security agency of the new place of participation examines the application for transfer and continuation, and if it meets the stipulated conditions, it issues a letter of consent to acceptance to the social security agency of the place where the participant's original basic pension insurance relationship is located and provides relevant information; if it does not meet the conditions for transfer and continuation, it gives a written explanation to the applying unit or the participant. Whether or not they are retirees, enterprise retirees, institutional retirees, or flexibly employed, as long as they are coal to gas, or clean energy and other self-heating methods of heating, rather than centralized heating, they can enjoy the gas subsidy at the rate of 0.43 yuan per square meter or the equivalent value of gas. Need before the start of the heating season, and after the end of the heating season, the gas company specified window of time, report the bottom of their own gas meter, according to the actual use of the heating season figures for the subsidy.

Heating units should be charged directly to the user heating costs. Heat supply unit entrusted to financial institutions or other services on behalf of the collection of heating costs, should be announced to the user entrusted charging unit, the entrusted unit shall not charge the user any additional fees; without the commission of the heating unit, any unit or individual shall not be charged to the user heating costs.

Collection of heating fees should provide the city's state tax authorities uniformly printed invoices.
