The lower limit of the payment base for employees participating in basic old-age insurance and unemployment insurance is determined according to 40% of the average monthly salary of employees in Beijing; For employees participating in basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance, the lower limit of payment base is determined according to 60% of the average monthly salary of employees in Beijing. Article 7 of the Provisions of Beijing Municipality on the Collection and Payment of Social Insurance Fees shall, within 30 days from the date of receiving the business license or registration certificate, apply to the local district or county social insurance agency for social insurance registration. When handling social insurance registration, the payer shall fill in the social insurance registration form and produce the business license or registration certificate and organization code certificate.
