Buying a house in Guangzhou is not enough to pay social security for one year.

Guangzhou hukou can apply for provident fund loans for more than half a year, and it is not allowed to make up for foreign hukou for more than one year. According to Article 2 of the Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government on Implementing the Notice of the General Office of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government on Continuing to Do a Good Job in the Regulation of the Real Estate Market: "Non-local households are not allowed to purchase houses by paying personal income tax payment certificates or social insurance payment certificates", and buyers are not allowed to obtain the qualification to purchase houses by paying personal income tax or social security.
