Notice on carrying out the 2020 Hubei Provincial Health Manager (Level 3) Professional Vocational Skills Appraisal Examination

1. Examination Time

The first batch From October 24th to 27th, 2020, the second batch will be held from November 7th to 8th, 2020. Each batch will provide two rounds of exams. Each candidate can only participate in one round of exams in one batch.

2. Exam subjects and format

Each round of exams includes two subjects: theoretical exam and skill operation exam, both of which take the form of human-computer dialogue.

3. Application requirements

Health manager (level 3) should meet one of the following conditions:

(1) Have a college degree or above in medicine and health. Certificate.

(2) Fresh graduates from a college or above majoring in medicine and health.

(3) Have a college diploma or above in a non-medical and health major, have been continuously engaged in this occupation or related occupations for more than 2 years, have received formal training as a level 3 health manager for the required standard number of hours, and have obtained completion Certificate.

(4) Have a secondary college degree or above in the medical and health profession, have been continuously engaged in this profession or a related profession for more than 3 years, have met the required standard hours of formal training as a third-level health manager, and obtained a completion certificate .

IV. Application Procedures

(1) Individual Registration

(2) Payment

According to the "Notice of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Issuing the Measures for the Implementation and Management of Vocational Skills Appraisal Examination Fees in Hubei Province" (Erenshe According to relevant regulations issued by [2018] No. 9), the charging standard for health managers (level 3) is 339 yuan/person (including theoretical and operational skills), and this fee is borne by the individual candidates.

(3) Qualification review

Our center will conduct the qualification review from August 25th to September 15th. During the period, candidates can log in to the registration system to check the review progress and results

(4) Printing the admission ticket

One week before the exam, log in to the Hubei Health Talent Network to print the admission ticket. The specific examination location is based on the admission ticket. allow.

5. Notes

(1) Due to epidemic prevention and control requirements, this batch of exams does not accept registration from candidates from outside the province.

(2) All candidates are required to upload a one-inch registration photo with a white background and a size of 20 to 45K.

(3) Fresh graduates of college or above in the medical and health profession who apply to take the professional examination for health managers can upload the student status verification report from Xuexin.com as a graduation certificate.

(4) Registration materials for non-medical and health professional candidates must include proof of work experience. The list of qualified candidates will be submitted centrally by the training institution. Candidates do not need to submit additional certification materials.

(5) This batch of exams will be held at five test centers in Wuhan, Xianning, Yichang, Jingzhou and Xiangyang. Candidates can choose the test center according to their actual situation when filling in the registration materials.

(6) Candidates are solely responsible for any consequences such as unsuccessful registration due to personal reasons such as missing or incorrectly filling in information.

(7) Our center strictly implements the requirements of the national vocational skills appraisal system and implements "separation of examination and training". It does not organize pre-examination training, nor does it entrust or cooperate with relevant institutions to organize pre-examination training.
