The quality of life of the villagers has been greatly improved.

In order to highlight the national characteristics, the designer specially designed a building with the word "Hui" for the community. That is, under the balcony window on the outer wall of the building, the word "Hui" is posted with black and white ceramic tiles. The square and neat shape of the word "Hui" is particularly eye-catching among the residential buildings that are mainly orange and yellow, and is deeply loved by the Hui villagers. In order to respect the living customs of the Muslim people, the government funded the construction of a mosque in the community. In 2012, the village committee invested more than 300,000 yuan to build a 300-square-meter cultural wall with pictures and texts, with the theme of building national unity, to focus on promoting Hui cultural etiquette and other contents.

Actively cultivate industries with national characteristics. After the relocation, most of the original enterprises in the private villages were suspended and closed. The village party branch and village committee actively used their brains to find ways to make full use of the fact that there are many Hui people living in the area and the halal beef and mutton sold in private villages have become the "unique brand" of halal in the region, and actively strive to win over the city, district and town. With the support of relevant departments, we have independently designed and constructed the Qinglan Agricultural and Sideline Products Market and the National Characteristics Industrial Street covering an area of ??6,000 square meters. The annual turnover reaches 40 million yuan and generates approximately 8 million yuan in income for the village collective. Currently, there are 42 enterprises in Hui Private Village, including 3 halal hotels with an operating area of ??more than 1,000 square meters, 3 halal hotels with an area of ??200 square meters or more, and 5 halal hotels with an operating area of ??less than 100 square meters. In 2013, the village's catering, commerce, warehousing and logistics industries had an annual output value of 90 million yuan, creating more than 500 jobs in the village, and all 1,117 people in the village were employed. In 2013, the per capita labor income in Hui private villages exceeded 17,000 yuan.

Allow villagers to share development results in a timely manner. A village-level pension has been established for the elderly in the village, with a monthly allowance of 1,240 yuan per person; a living allowance of 1,300 yuan per household; a one-time reward of up to 20,000 yuan for fresh graduates; The labor force pays 7 benefits including 10-year social insurance and regular physical examinations, which relieves villagers from having to worry about old-age care and medical care.

In order to satisfy the spiritual and cultural life of the villagers, Hui Minying Village has built many cultural and sports venues such as a digital cinema, Yimin Bookstore, gym, table tennis room, party member activity room, leisure square, etc., and gradually added and improved equipment and facilities. , providing a venue for villagers to carry out cultural and sports activities, initially meeting the villagers' spiritual and cultural life needs. Every year, the village party branch and village committee organize villagers to participate in three series of cultural activities such as "February New Year", "May Flowers" and "October Golden Autumn" in Shunyi District, as well as a number of cultural and sports competitions such as aerobics, table tennis and so on. During the Spring Festival every year, the village also invites the Beijing Kunqu Opera Troupe to perform in the village, allowing the villagers to enjoy the joy brought by high-level artistic performances, and the happiness index of the villagers is greatly improved.
