What does order class mean?

Order class refers to a class composed of students who have booked (signed) in advance by large enterprises.

Basic meaning:

During students' study in school, enterprises generally choose students with similar or general social majors to form an "order class" one year in advance, and then the college modifies the teaching plan and organizes teaching according to the talent training objectives and knowledge and ability structure put forward by enterprises, which effectively promotes the employment rate and employment quality of graduates.

On the afternoon of July 5th, 20 14, "Opening Ceremony of Dada Logistics Order Class" was held in Room 306, Chongren Building.

Li Jun, Vice President of the College, Li Bin, Director of Employment Department, Zhong Zhang, Director of Academic Affairs Department, Bao Hongyang, Deputy Director of Academic Affairs Department, Fan Yuhong and Gu Yuping, Deputy Directors of Management Information Department, Ms. Zhang Li, Senior Director of Jiangsu Baicheng Dada Logistics Co., Ltd., Huang Shuai, Manager of Recruitment Department, and Zhang Haiou, Manager of Planning Department.

Relevant teachers of logistics major and 25 students of order class attended the opening ceremony, and the meeting was presided over by Director Li Bin.

Precautions for order transfer:

First of all, students in the order class should normally obtain college education within the prescribed academic system. Besides, most companies require students to have a bachelor's degree. Schools and enterprises encourage students to use the college self-study platform to obtain self-study undergraduate diplomas.

Because of the need to cultivate and customize talents, different positions have different professional requirements. Freshmen of any major can participate in the recruitment and selection, and after passing the company interview, they will be transferred to the major designated by the order class, such as insurance practice, marketing and planning (instructor training) and insurance practice (auto insurance survey and loss assessment).

After entering the order class, I don't feel very suitable. In principle, I am not allowed to transfer to other majors. However, if there are special reasons, an application can be made. With the consent of both the college and the cooperative unit, students can transfer to other majors only after they bear the relevant liability for breach of contract.
