The school has 55 teaching and administrative staff (including 6 undergraduates and 2 newly introduced graduate students in 2004), including 25 full-time teachers, 2 senior titles, intermediate titles 10 and junior titles 1 person. In addition, there are 78 part-time teachers from local universities and scientific research institutions, and 55 relatively stable part-time teachers, all of whom have intermediate or above titles. A team of teachers with full-time teachers as the backbone and part-time teachers as the main body has been formed. At present, there are 40 management teams, technical teams 10 and 20 scientific research teams, all of which are fully equipped.
