The interview work is organized by the county (city) education and human society departments in accordance with the unified arrangements of the national education and human society departments. The interview is conducted in strict accordance with the procedures to ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of the examination.

2. After the interview, the county (city) will convert the total score according to the written test score of primary and secondary schools (200 points) /2×70%+ interview score (100 points) ×30%, written test score (200 points) /2×50%+ interview score (preschool education).
