Choosing a job city depends on the following points:

First, it is far from home. Since they are from the province, in fact, these three cities are similar. For example, Longyan is closer to Xiamen, but many Longyan people around me are employed in Fuzhou. So this first point is the last consideration.

The second is the direction of employment. Is this the enterprise? Or take the civil service exam. If you take the civil service exam, Xiamen actually has an advantage. It is a sub-provincial city with a high administrative level and is king within the system. Moreover, the salaries of civil servants in Xiamen are quite high. If you are an enterprise, you need to consider the development of your industry in two cities. If it is an ordinary industry, then Fuzhou.

The third is network resources. Do you have personal relationships in these three cities? Interpersonal relationships are really important. It's not that you have to find contacts to do things, but that with contacts, many things will be easy.

The fourth is the house price. Quanzhou has the lowest house price, but most of them are family businesses. It is not easy for outsiders to enter. Many Quanzhou enterprises are headquartered in Xiamen, and the better jobs are not in Quanzhou. Xiamen's housing prices are too high, and Fuzhou is in the middle. Apart from the other two cities, Fuzhou is a good place for my university, and Quanzhou has a strong cultural atmosphere. Now I often take my children to visit the ancient streets of Quanzhou. Personally, I think Fuzhou is still the capital city after all. From a policy perspective, Fuzhou has great potential in the future, which is also the reason why Fuzhou has been expanding in recent years.
