Where can I get a refund for the fun and smart campus?

1. Open the Fun Campus APP, click on the wallet and click on the refund application.

2. Click on the refund application to fill in the refund information (notes for filling in the refund information), the refund type: select balance refund or refund and cancel the account, account name: fill in the name of Alipay real-name authentication, account number/card number: please be sure to fill in the personal Alipay account number, bank/type: select Alipay (currently only Alipay refund is supported, other refund types will lead to refund failure), and contact information: fill in the personal contact information.

4. Fill in the information correctly and submit the refund (please check your personal information carefully before submitting the refund).
