1. Scope of recognition

Those who have not reached the national statutory retirement age, the place of household registration, the place of residence (must hold a local residence permit and be within the validity period) or Those who apply for junior high school, primary school and kindergarten teacher qualifications who attend schools within the jurisdiction of Jingzhou District. Among them, applicants who study in schools within the jurisdiction of Jingzhou District are limited to full-time postgraduate students.

II. Recognition objects

Personnel who have obtained the certificate of passing the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination and are within the validity period and those who graduated from full-time teacher education majors who enrolled in 2011 or before.

3. Recognition conditions

1. Have good ideological and moral character, political quality and the basic qualities and abilities necessary for engaging in education and teaching work, and be able to adapt to the requirements of education and teaching work .

2. Educational standards. Applications for recognition of primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications and academic qualifications shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards of the "Instructions on the Educational Qualification Issues of Teacher Qualification in Our Province" (Ejiaozi [2012] No. 4). Applications for accreditation of kindergarten teacher qualifications and academic qualifications shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards of the "Notice on Issues Concerning Application for Kindergarten Teacher Qualifications and Academic Qualifications in Our Province" (Ejiaozi [2015] No. 6).

3. Mandarin required. Those who apply for recognition of teacher qualifications in Chinese, primary school general subjects and kindergartens must have a Putonghua proficiency level of Level 2A or above and obtain the corresponding Putonghua proficiency certificate; those who apply for recognition of teacher qualifications in other subjects must have a Putonghua level of Level 2A or above. and above, and obtain the corresponding Mandarin proficiency certificate.

4. Certificate of passing the National Teacher Qualification Examination. Full-time teacher education graduates who enrolled in 2011 or before can directly apply for recognition of corresponding teacher qualifications with their graduation certificates and relevant materials; other personnel need to take the national unified examination and obtain the "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers."

5. Physical condition. Have good physical and mental quality, no infectious diseases, and no history of mental illness. Have a physical examination at a designated hospital and the examination result is qualified (in compliance with the "Physical Examination Standards for Personnel Applying for Recognition of Teacher Qualifications in Hubei Province"). IV. Certification time arrangement

(1) Online reporting time

System opening days from September 21st to September 30th from 8:00 to 30th 17:00.

(2) On-site confirmation time

V. Recognition Process

(1) Online Application (Step 1)

Applicants must log in to "China Teacher Qualification Network" (www.jszg.edu.cn), select "Teacher Qualification Applicant Online Application Portal" to enter the system.

1. Enter the online reporting system, read the "Notes", and follow the prompts for the next step.

2. Select the corresponding teacher qualification type, certification province and certification institution to apply for.

To apply for recognition of the qualifications of high school, secondary vocational teachers, and secondary vocational internship instructors, please select "Jingzhou Municipal Education Bureau" as the accrediting agency; to apply for recognition of kindergarten, primary school, and junior middle school teacher qualifications, please select "Jingzhou Municipal Education Bureau" Jingzhou District Education Bureau" is the accredited institution.

3. Select the "On-site confirmation point": Jingzhou District Education Bureau, Jingzhou City.

4. Fill in personal details and upload relevant documents. Applicants fill in relevant personal information as required, and the information must be true, accurate, and complete; ⑴ Photos: Must upload a recent 1-inch color ID photo with a crown and a white background from the front (upload format is JPG/JPEG format, no larger than 200K); ⑵ Professional Technical positions: fill in senior teachers, first-level teachers, and second-level teachers according to the actual selection. Note: Applicants must complete all information and submit the application information before the online application deadline required by the accreditation agency for the online application to be successful.

(2) On-site confirmation (second step)

Applicants must conduct on-site confirmation according to the on-site confirmation time announced by Jingzhou District. The following materials must be submitted during on-site confirmation (applicants must bring their own portfolio, with the cover attached to the portfolio, please see the attachment for the format).

1. Applicant’s online registration number (fill in the upper left corner of the portfolio cover).

2. Applicants whose household registration is in Jingzhou District must provide the original and copy of their household registration; applicants whose residence is in Jingzhou District must provide the original and copy of their valid residence permit; those who attend schools in Jingzhou District Applicants must provide the original and copy of their student ID with complete registration information. The originals will be returned after on-site inspection.

3. Two one-inch photos with the same background as the online newspaper (one for making the "Teacher Qualification Certificate" and one for the hospital physical examination. The photos should be cropped neatly, with your name signed on the back and placed on the in the portfolio).

4. If the electronic information of the "Teacher Qualification Management Information System" is compared correctly, there is no need to submit ID card, academic certificate, national examination certificate, or Mandarin proficiency test certificate. If the correct materials are not compared, the originals must be submitted for on-site review.

Special reminder: For academic qualifications that cannot be found on the "Xuexin.com" (for secondary vocational school qualifications, a copy of the "Graduate Registration Form" is required), the applicant must submit the "China Higher Education Qualification Certification Report" , otherwise it will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted.

5. To apply for recognition of the qualification of an internship instructor in a secondary vocational school, you must also submit the original and copy of the professional and technical qualification certificate or worker technical grade certificate.

If the applicant is unable to provide corresponding materials within the specified confirmation time limit, it will be deemed to have been automatically abandoned and the on-site confirmation point will not be confirmed. If an applicant commits fraud or defrauds his teacher qualifications during the application process, once verified, he will be punished by "revoking" or "losing" his teacher qualifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Those whose teacher qualifications are revoked will have a period of 5 years from the date of revocation. Teacher qualifications are not allowed to be re-obtained within the year; those who lose their teaching qualifications are not allowed to re-apply for recognition of teacher qualifications.

(3) Physical examination (the third step)

After the candidates confirm on-site that they have passed the examination, they can go to the physical examination center of Jingzhou Fifth People’s Hospital with the physical examination form stamped by the District Education Bureau. Physical examination (after the physical examination, the applicant will submit the physical examination form to the hospital, which will be collected by the District Education Bureau).
