Based on the needs of urban schools, it was decided after research to hire some exchange teachers from rural schools to teach in urban schools with vacancies. Based on the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, this plan is formulated:
1. Application communication methods and job positions
(1) Application communication methods:
Based on the test scores of teachers who apply for the job in the city, the list of candidates and the schools for hiring will be determined from high to low.
(2) Number of positions:
1. Number of positions in urban high schools (14 people): 4 people in Chinese, 3 people in mathematics, 2 people in chemistry, 2 people in politics, 3 people in history
2. Number of junior high schools in the urban area (20 people): 5 in Chinese, 5 in mathematics, 1 in biology, 2 in politics, 3 in history, and 4 in physical education
3. Number of primary school staff in the urban area (87 people): 30 in Chinese, 27 in mathematics, 10 in English, 6 in music, 6 in physical education, 6 in art, and 2 in information technology
4. Number of staff in kindergartens in the urban area : 16 people
II. Basic conditions
1. Earnestly implement the Party’s educational policy, be loyal to the Party’s educational cause, have a high level of education and teaching and good professional ethics; Be in good health, be able to work normally, and have corresponding teaching qualifications.
Applicants for urban high school positions must have a full-time undergraduate degree or above, junior high school positions must have a full-time college degree or above, elementary school positions must have a college degree or above, and kindergarten positions must have a full-time technical secondary school degree or above. Graduated in early childhood education (pre-school education).
3. Must obtain the corresponding subject teacher qualification certificate and the corresponding Mandarin level certificate for the corresponding upper level (Chinese must obtain a second-A or above certificate, and other subjects must obtain a second-B or above certificate).
4. Teachers who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply for this job
(1) Those who have been out of service in the past three years;
(2) Those who have been rated as basically competent or below in the annual assessment in the past three years;
(3) Those who have been criticized or punished by a notice or above in the past three years or are under investigation;
(4) Those who have participated in various types of continuing education at all levels in the past three years without excuse;
(5) Those who have contracts that have not yet expired (free normal college students and those who have rural working experience in the current recruitment announcement).
3. Application procedures and methods

2. Position selection and qualification review:
According to the basic conditions for rural teachers to apply for employment in cities, rural school teachers who have submitted the "Yongzhou City Lengshuitan District Urban and Rural Teacher Exchange (Supporting Teaching) Application Form" Teachers must bring the originals and copies of their full-time graduation certificate, teacher qualification certificate, Mandarin proficiency certificate and other materials before 5:00 pm on July 25, 2020, and fill out the "Yongzhou City Lengshuitan District Rural Teachers' Qualification Examination Form for Urban Recruitment" ( Download from the district government website), only those who pass the review can participate in this application exchange.
1) Qualification review time: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm on July 25
2) Qualification review location: Education Bureau conference room on the fifth floor of the district government
3) The materials provided by the applicant during review shall prevail and no application will be made after the expiration date. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. Anyone who commits fraud will be disqualified from applying to the city upon verification.
3. Written test
①Written test content: current teaching materials for the corresponding academic period. The test paper is worth 100 points. During the written examination, you must present your teacher qualification certificate and ID card to enter the venue.
②Written test location: Jinghua Middle School.
③Written test time: 9:00-11:00 am on July 28th
Determination of exchange personnel who apply for employment in the city
July 30th by category and the number of positions, and the applicants who come to the city will be initially selected in order according to their application performance. After the district education bureau publishes the preliminary list for three days with no objections, it will be confirmed as the school that recruits in-city applicants (those with tied rankings will be determined through consultation). All exchange personnel hired from rural schools to cities this year will work at the hiring school for no less than 3 years, otherwise they will be returned to their original school.
4. Violation and other regulations
1. Candidates who bring communication tools and devices with the function of sending or receiving information into the examination room will receive zero points for this examination.
2. Anyone who cheats during the exam will receive a zero score in the exam and will not be allowed to participate in the rural teacher recruitment exchange in the city for 3 years.
3. Penalties for violations of regulations and disciplines in this examination will be implemented in accordance with the relevant measures for penalties for violations and disciplines in college admissions examinations.
4. During the process of applying for a job in the city, if the applicant, school and relevant departments provide false materials, the applicant, the principal, the person in charge of the department and relevant personnel will be held accountable. Applicants are not allowed to take the examination for rural teachers entering the city within 3 years.
5. Those who are vacant due to abandonment will not be replaced.
