Staff must have a high sense of responsibility and professional skills, and be responsible for patients and themselves. Finally, psychiatry should focus on the observation of the disease, because it emphasizes. In fact, to put it bluntly, the purpose of inviting you to work in the nursing department is to gain your time to talk with patients, observe their situation, understand the dynamic changes of their illness, and be familiar with various mental symptoms, so as to alert, prevent and deal with emergencies in time.
