What does Shandong Province's career preparation exam test take?

The career preparation examination tests public basic knowledge and specialized courses, which is different from the civil service examination.

The basic knowledge of the public is generally the geography, customs, policies and regulations of Shandong. There are many of these, including a short essay, a statement of a few hundred words or so, others are similar to the administrative ability test, which is basically a small synthesis of the civil service examination, plus some topics about the local characteristics of Shandong.

The questions in the province are given by the Provincial Personnel Bureau, and the Municipal Personnel Bureau will handle them according to the situation. In principle, some questions in the provincial question bank will be used.

Specialized courses are generally needed for jobs, such as computer skills or medicine. Some positions do not require professional subjects, but most of them do.

With a master's degree or above, in principle, you can directly enter the interview without passing the written test, or you can not take the above exam. This is not the same as the civil service exam.
