Recruitment objectives and conditions

1, with China nationality;

2. Have a college degree or above, and the age is generally above 18 and below 35. The age of master's and doctoral students graduated from full-time colleges and universities can be relaxed to below 40 years old.

4. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. Meet the requirements of the recruitment position. For details, please refer to Information Table 2021of Open Recruitment Positions and Registration Addresses of Party and Mass Institutions directly under Handan City; Returned overseas students should provide academic degree certification materials issued by China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Returned overseas students and other overseas and foreign degree winners whose professional names are not exactly the same as those required by the recruitment position, but whose professional courses are mostly the same as those required by the recruitment position, and meet other conditions required by the post, can also apply for the recruitment position.

The calculation method of the required working experience time for the recruitment position is: from September 2002 1 year, the previous accumulated working time is1year every 12 months.

Persons under any of the following circumstances are not included in the recruitment scope.

1, active servicemen;

2. Civil servants and staff of institutions during the probation period, civil servants who have not completed the minimum service period, and other on-the-job personnel who have not been approved by the current employer and its competent department to apply for the exam;

3. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

In addition, candidates are not allowed to apply, which constitutes a recruitment position in avoidance relationship. Avoidance relationship includes Article 6 of the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Public Institutions. "Staff of public institutions with the following kinship shall not hold management positions with direct superior and subordinate leadership in the same public institution, or hold positions in organization, discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and financial work in institutions with one of the leaders, or hold positions in internal institutions directly subordinate to the same leader engaged in organization, discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and financial work: husband and wife relationship; Lineal blood relatives, including grandparents, parents, children, grandchildren and grandchildren; Collateral consanguinity within three generations, including uncles and aunts, brothers and sisters, cousins, nephews and nieces; Kinship, including spouse's parents, spouse's brothers and sisters and their spouses, children's spouses and their parents, and spouses of collateral blood relatives within three generations; Other kinship, including the children of adoptive parents, the children of step-parents who form a foster relationship and their immediate blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations and close in-laws. The same institution as mentioned in the preceding paragraph refers to the legal person of the same institution registered according to law ",and Article 41 of the Interim Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Hebei Province" Applicants who have husband-wife relationship, lineal consanguinity relationship, collateral consanguinity relationship within three generations or close in-laws relationship with the person in charge of the employing unit shall not apply for the unit where the secretary, personnel, finance and discipline inspection are responsible, and the superiors and subordinates who have direct leadership relationship with the post ". Those who practise fraud will be disqualified, and the relevant personnel will be held accountable according to the seriousness of the case.
