Second, organize the implementation
The newly hired personnel of institutions directly under the Ministry are openly recruited for the society, with strong policy and wide coverage. In order to ensure the standardized and unified recruitment work this year, the organization is strict, and "openness, equality, competition and merit selection" are earnestly achieved.
Third, registration and examination
1, Registration and Qualification Examination
Candidates will bring their valid ID card, graduation certificate (student ID card), degree certificate and four recent bareheaded one-inch photos of the same edition to all employers on June 28-30, 2008 (8: 00 am-6: 00 pm). If the staff responsible for registration and qualification examination of each unit has passed the examination of the relevant documents submitted by the applicants, the staff shall sign three copies of the Registration Form for Unified Open Recruitment of Staff in XXX Unit of Henan Province in 2008, write down the serial number and affix the official seal. The employer shall keep 1 copy, the applicants shall keep 1 copy, and the applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall issue the admission ticket and 1 copy.
Step 2 check
The examination is divided into written examination and interview.
(1) Written examination
The written test content is the comprehensive knowledge and professional knowledge required by the post, and the professional knowledge test mainly measures the knowledge level, professional quality and working ability of the candidates to adapt to the post requirements. Written test score 100, including 40 points for comprehensive knowledge and 60 points for professional knowledge.
The specific examination work is organized or entrusted by the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Culture.
Written test time: February 3, 2008 (9: 00- 1 1: 00).
(2) Interview
According to the written test results, the interviewer will be determined and hired according to the ratio of 1: 3 from high score to low score.
The interview work is organized and implemented by the office personnel department and the employer. The interview time shall be notified by each employer to the applicant himself. Participants in the interview should hold their valid ID card, diploma, student ID card, degree certificate and other original documents to the interview site for interview confirmation before the interview. If the main information of the relevant materials is untrue, the interview qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail to apply within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up the interview qualification automatically. Full interview score 100.
(3) The total test score = 40% of the written test score+60% of the interview score.
The results of the personnel who entered the written test and interview were publicized on the websites of the Provincial Personnel Department and the Provincial Department of Culture.
Fourth, physical examination and assessment
According to the total scores of candidates, the medical examiners are determined according to the positions to be recruited 1: 1 from high score to low score. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health on Printing and Distributing the Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.25 [2007] of the Ministry of Personnel). For those who pass the physical examination, the assessment object is determined according to the total score of the examination from high to low.

The list of candidates to be hired is published on the websites of Henan Provincial Department of Personnel and Provincial Department of Culture, and is subject to the supervision of candidates and all sectors of society. The publicity period is 7 days. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the state and our province, the employed personnel sign employment contracts with the employing units, go through relevant formalities, and enjoy relevant treatment according to the institutions. The probation period is half a year.
