Decision of the Liaocheng City People's Government on Amending the "Liaocheng City Gas Management Measures" (2020)

1. Amend Article 6 “in conjunction with planning and other departments at the same level” to “in conjunction with relevant departments”. 2. Amend the first paragraph of Article 10 to read: "After the gas project is completed, the construction unit shall organize completion acceptance in accordance with the law. If the gas project is not completed or fails to pass the acceptance, it shall not be delivered for use." 3. Delete Article 12. 4. Amend the third paragraph of Article 19 to read “(3) Mixing other substances in the gas sold;” 5. Amend the second paragraph of Article 22 to read “Gas operators shall charge fees according to the prescribed standards. , implement clear price tags and issue bills to gas users." 6. Add a paragraph to Article 25 as the third paragraph: "Encourage the promotion of environmentally friendly and energy-saving gas burning appliances." 7. Delete Article 35. Paragraph 2. 8. Amend Article 39 to read: “The destructive treatment of scrapped gas cylinders shall be carried out by a gas cylinder inspection agency approved by the provincial market supervision department, and no unit or individual may handle it privately.” 9. Amend Article 51 Amend it to: "Anyone who violates the provisions of these Measures and uses gas bottles to pour gas into each other will be ordered by the gas department to make corrections within a time limit and given a warning; if corrections are not made within the time limit, a fine of not more than 10,000 yuan may be imposed." 10. Change the following in Article 3 Change "Planning and Land" to "Natural Resources and Planning"; change "Quality Supervision" to "Market Supervision"; change "Safety Supervision" to "Emergency"; delete "Price"; change "Public Security and Fire Protection" For "fire rescue", add ", administrative approval" after "fire rescue"; change "gas competent department" in Article 10, paragraph 2, Article 13, and Article 17 to "administrative approval department" ; Remove the "planning department" in Article 31; modify the "quality supervision department" in Article 38 to "market supervision department"; modify the "safety supervision" in Article 48 to "Emergency"; amend "quality supervision" in Article 48 to "market supervision"; amend "public security firefighting" in Article 41, paragraph 1 and Article 48 to "fire rescue" .

The serial numbers and individual text of the relevant clauses will be adjusted and modified accordingly.

This decision shall come into effect from the date of promulgation.

The "Liaocheng Gas Management Measures" will be revised accordingly and re-announced based on this decision.
