Article 14

Ordinary college entrance examination students must take the "National Unified Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities" in that year, and the Provincial Education Examinations Institute will provide a list of new students. After students enter the school, they are all arranged to teach in English as a foreign language. Provincial candidates who implement the comprehensive reform plan of college entrance examination must meet the requirements of the relevant majors in our college, and the requirements of the selected subjects of each major shall be subject to the announcement of the provincial admissions examination institutions.

The registration and admission of art undergraduate (aviation service art and management major), Tibet high school class, Xinjiang high school class, Xinjiang minority preparatory class and other candidates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant national policies and regulations.

Flight technology major (transport aircraft driving): undergraduate course is approved in advance, combining arts and sciences, and the basic academic system is four years (flexible academic system is implemented according to flight training arrangements). To apply for this major, you must pass the physical examination of civil aviation professional institutions, civil aviation background investigation and flight professional psychological test in advance. Eligible candidates are admitted from high score to low score according to the results of filing.

Transportation Major (Air Traffic Control, Flight Dispatch, Navigation Information): Bachelor of Science and Engineering, with a duration of four years. It shall comply with the Management Rules for Civil Aviation Personnel's Physical Examination Certificate (CCAR-67FS-R2), and the basic physical requirements of candidates applying for this major are: normal liver function, naked eye vision not less than 4.0, corrected hyperopia not less than 4.8, and lens power not more than 500 degrees. In principle, only boys are recruited, and girls are not recommended to apply. No color blindness, strabismus, language, pronunciation or hearing impairment, and no history of mental illness.

Enrollment plan

Article 17

Planning principle: In strict accordance with the total plan issued by the Ministry of Education and the Civil Aviation Administration, gradually increase the admission rate of college entrance examination in the central and western regions and populous provinces, increase the number of key rural students, and actively support the implementation of special plans in poverty-stricken areas of the country. Ensure the completion of the mainland Tibet class, the mainland Xinjiang high school class, the Xinjiang cooperation plan (preparatory course transfer) and the southern Xinjiang separate plan. The above plans are included in the total enrollment plans of our college this academic year.

Article 18

Plan use and adjustment: the number of students enrolled by major in each province is based on the number of plans announced by the provincial (city, autonomous region) Admissions Office or the Education Examinations Institute. The number of reserved plans in our college does not exceed 1% of the total enrollment plans in our college, which is mainly used to solve the enrollment problem of candidates with the same score and control the quality of students. In view of the order-based training mode of flight technology specialty, the college has the right to negotiate with the provincial enrollment department to increase or decrease the plan and complete the enrollment plan to the maximum extent.

Admission rules

Article 19

According to this year's Notice of the Ministry of Education on Doing a Good Job in Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the Regulations on Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the college has fully implemented the "sunshine project" for college enrollment, comprehensively measured candidates' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty in line with the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and selected talents on the basis of merit.

Article 20

According to the provinces (cities, districts) enrollment plan and candidates to enter oneself for an examination, determine the file adjustment ratio and file adjustment score line. At the time of admission, the college will adjust the enrollment plan in the corresponding province (city, district) according to the students' situation.

Article 21

The Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China recognizes that the education authorities of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) give national bonus points to relevant candidates according to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education. If the same candidate meets multiple conditions for extra points, only the highest score (up to 20 points) will be taken. Candidates who enjoy policy extra points can file according to the provisions of the province (city, district) where the candidates are located. After filing, the college will record and withdraw files according to the queuing order of candidates' filing results. Our hospital does not recognize any policy of reducing points and investing in files. For some provinces (cities, districts) that implement the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination, the admission policy determined by the corresponding provincial entrance examination institutions shall be implemented.

Article 22

On the premise of passing the ideological and political moral examination and physical examination, the professional arrangement for candidates to be admitted to ordinary classes is based on the results of the college entrance examination and the principle of giving priority to scores, that is, from high scores to low scores, the majors are assigned one by one according to the candidates' professional volunteer order, and there is no professional volunteer grade difference. Same sorting rule: 1. Science candidates are sorted in the order of math scores and comprehensive scores; 2. Liberal arts candidates are sorted according to the order of Chinese scores and comprehensive scores; 3. Candidates who are not divided into subjects are sorted according to the sum of Chinese, mathematics and foreign language scores. When the sum of Chinese, math and foreign language scores is the same, they are ranked according to Chinese, math and foreign language scores.

According to the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education and the Civil Aviation Administration, combined with the "China Civil Aviation Flight Academy 2022 Admissions Guide", the enrollment of flight technology majors in our college in 2022 refers to the filing rules of provincial enrollment examination institutions: according to the principle of giving priority to college entrance examination results, from high scores to low scores, and the total score of the college entrance examination is the same, according to the principle of giving priority to English subjects, from high scores to low scores until the enrollment plan is full. In the provinces that have not completed the recruitment plan, candidates can participate in the recruitment of voluntary admission according to the arrangements of provincial admission examination institutions. Candidates who participate in the recruitment of volunteers must meet the requirements of our school, and the "effective application for flight recruitment" in the flight information system of civil aviation of China must be "Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China".

Article 23

For the candidates who enter the archives, if their professional volunteers cannot be satisfied, if they are adjusted by majors, they will be arranged according to the candidates' grades from high to low within the scope that the enrollment plan has not been completed and meets the professional admission requirements, otherwise they will be dismissed.

Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region implements the admission rule of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1_ 1".

Twenty-fourth admission methods for art majors

Aviation Service Art and Management Major: In 2022, this major will enroll students in Heilongjiang, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Guizhou, Hebei, Jilin and Sichuan provinces. Require candidates to take professional school exams in our school and get qualified; The scores of cultural and professional examinations should be above the control scores of art undergraduate courses determined by the provinces (cities) where the candidates are located (the cultural scores of candidates in Sichuan Province should be above the control scores of ordinary undergraduate courses), and they should be selected from high scores to low scores according to the cultural examination scores of the college entrance examination (including policy points); For other matters, please refer to the 2022 Art Major Admissions Guide of Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China.

When freshmen enter school, they shall pay tuition and accommodation fees according to the school year according to the charging items and standards approved by the price department of Sichuan Province. Tuition fee for aviation service art and management major 1 1660 yuan/year, 8,000 yuan/year for flight attendant and civil aviation air safety and security major, and 4,440-4,920 yuan/year for other majors.

Chapter VII

Incentive loan policy

Article 27

The college implements the national student loan system, and all students who meet the conditions of the national student loan can apply for the national student loan at school (students who have applied for the national student loan in their home country are not allowed to apply again).

The college implements a scholarship system. Mainly includes: national category (national scholarship, national inspirational scholarship, national grant); Social category (Civil Aviation Trade Union Scholarship, China Civil Aviation Publishing House Scholarship, Large Aircraft Sailing Scholarship, etc. ); Scholarship for outstanding students of the college.

Chapter VIII

Registration

Article 29

Freshmen hold the admission notice and valid documents stipulated by the college and go through the admission formalities at the college on schedule. According to Article 9 of Chapter III of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on Student Management of the College, those who are unable to enroll on schedule for some reason should submit a written application to the College before the registration date, and attach the certificate of street, township and local civil aviation recruitment (applicable to students majoring in flight technology) to ask for leave from the Student Office of our college, and the leave time is generally not more than two weeks. Those who have not taken leave or failed to enter the school within the time limit shall be deemed to have given up their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. After the new students enter the school, the college will conduct physical examination and review in accordance with the enrollment regulations within three months, and can only register for admission after passing the physical examination. Those who do not meet the requirements of enrollment physical examination will be dealt with by the college according to the specific circumstances. Anyone who practices favoritism and malpractice will be disqualified.

Chapter 9

Grounding location and main changes

Article 30

Students majoring in flight technology are grounded during their study at school and transferred to the corresponding ground specialty according to the relevant regulations of the college.

Article 31

In addition to students majoring in flight technology, the college organizes professional examinations according to the changes in social employment needs, and candidates who meet the professional conditions and pass the examinations are transferred to their declared majors according to the relevant regulations of the college.

Chapter 10

Graduation of students

Article 32

Certificate issuance: All students who have obtained the required credits within the allowed study period and meet the basic requirements for graduation will be granted graduation and awarded the graduation certificate of China Civil Aviation Flight Academy; Graduates who meet the conditions for degree granting shall be awarded bachelor's degrees, and bachelor's degree certificates shall be issued to undergraduate graduates of ordinary higher education. The college never entrusts any intermediary or individual to enroll students, nor does it charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Our hospital reserves the right to investigate the legal responsibility of any intermediary agency or individual that has a bad influence on our reputation. Chapter XII

supplementary terms

Article 34

The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the previous rules and regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail.

The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office (Admissions Center) of Civil Aviation Flight Academy of China.
