III. Selection (Test) Objects and Conditions

(a) who meet the following conditions, with the consent of the unit and the township street or the competent department, can sign up for the exam.

1. In Fengdu County, there are on-the-job staff of government agencies and institutions. Among them, those who apply for administrative organs and institutions shall have the status of civil servants;

2. Bachelor degree or above in national education, regardless of age;

3. After working in the current unit for 2 years, recalculate the working years after transferring from a unit;

4. The annual assessment in recent 5 years is competent or qualified and above;

5. Physical conditions for normal performance of duties;

6. Have other qualifications required for the selection (examination) position. See the position selection form for details;

7. Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

This selection (examination) takes the form of on-site registration. Applicants can only choose one position in this selection (examination) unit to register, and they will be hired separately according to the competition of each position. If there are professional requirements for the transfer (examination) position, it shall be implemented with reference to the Professional Reference Catalogue for Civil Servants in Chongqing Examination (Annex 2).

Applicants should complete the "20 18 Registration Form for Public Transfer (Transfer Examination) of Staff in Fengdu County" (Annex 3), and hold their ID card, graduation certificate and the original and photocopy of relevant documents required for transfer (transfer examination) and two recent one-inch photos with the same background bareheaded. Applicants whose annual assessment results in recent five years are excellent grades will receive 1 point for each excellent grade of written test results, and the total bonus points will not exceed 3 points.

(2) Interview

The interview is conducted in a structured way, focusing on the professional quality, business level, comprehensive analysis ability, problem-solving ability, language expression ability, manners and so on.

The interview time and place will be published on the "Fengdu County Government Public Information Network" (website www.cqfd.gov.cn).

Select interviewers according to the ratio of the number of positions to be selected (transferred) to the number of interviewers 1: 3.

The post for written examination shall be determined from high score to low score according to the written examination results (including extra points) of candidates applying for the post. If the written test scores of the last interviewer are tied, all the tied personnel will enter the interview. If the number of candidates participating in the interview does not reach the specified proportion, all personnel will enter the interview without reducing the number of candidates.

Only the positions that have not been written are interviewed, and all qualified personnel enter the interview. For applicants whose annual assessment results in recent five years are excellent, 0.5 points will be added for each excellent interview result, and the total bonus will not exceed 1.5 points.

If the interview score is 100, and the interview score is less than 60 points, it shall not be determined as a candidate for investigation.

Six, the selection (test) total score calculation method

Total written test score = written test score (plus points) ×50%+ interview score ×50%

Only interview exam total score = interview score (plus points)

Seven. survey

The inspection is organized by the competent department of the selection (assessment) unit. It mainly examines the candidates' political and ideological performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and whether they need to be avoided, and examines the candidates' qualifications. The total score of the exam is not brought into the inspection link.

According to the selected (examination) units, positions and places, according to the total test scores of candidates from high to low, the list of inspectors is determined according to the ratio of 1: 2. If the total score of the last inspector is tied, all of them will enter the inspection link.
