What are the requirements for applying for a first-class constructor?

There are three requirements for applying for a first-class construction engineer: education, major and working years. Among them, the working years of construction management and working years refer to the sum of working hours before and after obtaining the required academic qualifications, and the calculation deadline is the deadline for online registration.

(1) Anyone who abides by national laws and regulations and meets one of the following conditions may apply to take the first-class constructor qualification examination:

1. Obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 6 years, including 4 years in construction management of construction projects;

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 4 years, including 3 years in construction management of construction projects;

3. Graduated from double bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for 3 years, including 2 years in construction management of construction projects;

4. Get a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and have worked for 2 years, including construction management of construction projects 1 year;

5. Get a doctorate in engineering or engineering economics, and have been engaged in construction management of construction projects for 1 year;

6. Intermediate class, advanced class and preparatory technician (technician) class graduated from technical colleges, and registered for the corresponding examinations according to secondary school, junior college and undergraduate degree respectively.

(2) The level of the two subjects exempted from examination (construction engineering economics and construction project management are exempted from examination, and only the two subjects of construction engineering laws and regulations and related knowledge and professional engineering management and practice are tested) meets the registration requirements of the Interim Provisions on the Qualification System for Construction Engineers, which was held before June 65438+February 3, 2003/KLOC-0.

1, employed as a senior professional and technical post in engineering or engineering economy.

2, with engineering or engineering economics college degree or above and engaged in construction project construction management for 20 years.

(three) has obtained a professional qualification certificate of construction engineer, need to apply for other professional categories, in the "professional engineering management and practice" subject to choose the corresponding professional registration.
