(2) It has a solid professional foundation, strong scientific research ability and good development potential. The application project shall be undertaken by myself, and the application materials are true and reliable.

3, postdoctoral (young talents) researchers in any of the following circumstances can not apply for research funding:

(1) The project applied for funding has been funded by China Postdoctoral Science Fund or other projects in this city.

(2) the last year has been funded by scientific research activities, but the funded projects have not been completed, or the funded funds have been partially or fully recovered for some reason.

(3) During the pit stop, two or more applications for the same project or similar projects were not approved.

(4) The pit stop time exceeds 18 months.

4, apply for international exchange training funded projects should be postdoctoral researchers in the station, and meet the following conditions:

(1) Good moral character and good health, generally not more than 35 years old.

(2) It has a high academic level, strong scientific research ability and innovation ability. Outstanding research results have been achieved during the station or doctoral study.

(3) the professional field and research direction are consistent with the key disciplines and industrial development direction of our city.

(4) Good English (or the language of the receiving country) listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

(5) Generally, the reception unit outside the country (territory) should be a world-class university, scientific research institution or enterprise, and formally invited.

(6) With the consent of the station establishment unit and the cooperative tutor; On-the-job personnel (including directional doctoral graduates) must also obtain the consent of the personnel department of the unit where their personnel relations are located.

(7) Previously, it was not funded by Xiangjiang Scholar Program, Postdoctoral International Exchange Program, Postdoctoral Innovative Talents Support Program and Sino-German Postdoctoral Exchange Program.

5. The imported projects applying for international exchange and training funding should be postdoctoral researchers from abroad, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan who have entered the postdoctoral mobile station and meet the following conditions:

(1) Good moral character and good health, generally not more than 35 years old.

(2) It has a high academic level, strong scientific research ability and innovation ability. During my doctoral study, I made outstanding research results.
