Article 5 The legal representative of the unit or the person in charge of the unit is the person responsible for the internal security and security of the unit and is fully responsible for the internal security and security work of the unit.

Units and their superior authorities must accept and cooperate with the public security organs’ supervision, inspection, and guidance on the internal security and security work of the unit. Article 6 Responsibilities for the internal security and security work of the unit:

Article 8: Units shall strictly review when deploying security management personnel. Full-time security management personnel must pass the public security agency training and examination before taking up their posts with certificates.

The security agency established by the unit and the security management personnel assigned to it shall be registered with the public security organs. When appointing or hiring the person in charge of the security agency, the opinions of the public security organs shall be solicited.

Units may form economic police organizations or security organizations in accordance with relevant regulations.

Article 9 The unit shall establish and improve the following internal security and security work systems as needed, and clarify the responsibilities of relevant departments and personnel within the unit:

(1) Guard, duty, patrol, and guard system;

(2) Fire safety system;

(3) Management system for flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and other dangerous goods, firearms and ammunition;

When an unit recruits migrant workers, it must sign a public security management responsibility letter in accordance with relevant regulations. Article 11 Key departments (parts) of the unit must install safety facilities or technical prevention devices to prevent fire, theft, vandalism, loss of confidentiality, and public security disasters, and organize on-duty guards.
