Postal grade of China Telecom

The positions in China Telecom are as follows:

Class a, operator.

Class B refers to employees recruited by provincial companies. Generally, they sign contracts with provincial companies, which is regarded as formal workers (contract workers).

Class C refers to employees recruited by municipal companies themselves. Generally, they sign a contract with a third party, and then the third party sends them to work in the operator. This is considered a laborer or a dispatched employee.
