2012 Guangdong Environmental Protection Department Public Institution Recruitment Announcement
Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Vocational and Technical School is a full-time public environmental protection secondary vocational school. It is a department-level financial appropriation institution and is affiliated to the Guangdong Provincial Environmental Protection Department. The school undertakes secondary education, trains environmental protection talents, and carries out practical training services such as environmental assessment, monitoring, environmental protection engineering and facility operation. Currently, we are recruiting 60 staff nationwide due to work needs.
In order to ensure that this recruitment is conducted in an open, fair and impartial manner, the following implementation plan has been formulated. The National Civil Servant Network now announces the specific recruitment as follows.

1. Guiding Ideology and Purpose
Guided by the Scientific Outlook on Development, adhere to the principle of having both ability and political integrity Employment standards follow the principles of openness, equality, competition, and merit selection, and use public examinations and assessments (skills tests) and merit-based recruitment methods to recruit relevant personnel to ensure the quality of hired personnel.
2. Recruitment positions
This time, there are 60 open recruitment positions for the Guangdong Environmental Protection Vocational and Technical School (see Appendix 1 for details).
3. Salary and benefits
The hired personnel are prepared by the public institutions. For professional and technical positions, the candidates will be hired into the lowest-level positions of the same level in the series; for management positions, the candidates will be hired into posts below level 7. Among them, fresh graduates who work in management positions will be hired into management positions with doctorate and master's degrees, and those with bachelor's degrees will be hired into management positions at level 10; those who work in professional and technical positions, doctors and masters will be hired into professional and technical positions at level 10 and 10, respectively. Level 11, bachelor's degree candidates are employed as level 12 professional technical positions. The probation period for fresh graduates is one year, and the benefits during the probation period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations. If they fail to pass the assessment at the end of the probation period, their employment qualifications will be cancelled.
IV. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Registration
1. Basic conditions for registration:
(1) Comply with the People’s Republic of China ***The Constitution and laws of the Republic of China.
(2) Obey rules and disciplines, and have good conduct and professional ethics.
(3) Have the physical condition to adapt to the requirements of the position.
(4) Have the professional skills required for the position, the qualifications required for the proposed position and other conditions required for the position.
(5) Comply with the family planning policy.
Persons who have not been relieved of disciplinary sanctions or are undergoing disciplinary review, as well as those who have not yet expired their criminal punishment period or are under investigation for suspected violations of laws and regulations, and other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations, are not allowed to register.
2. Professional and technical qualifications and other requirements: See the list of recruitment positions (Annex 1)
3. Registration method: Online registration. Applicants should log in to the Public Recruitment Page of Public Institutions on the home page of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection, download and fill in the "Registration Form for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province" (see Appendix 2), and follow the online prompts to register and upload personal information: Application Form , ID card, academic qualifications, degrees, professional titles, professional qualification certificates, masterpieces (limited to 3 articles), etc.
Time for filling in information online: 9:00 on April 25, 2012 to 16:00 on April 27, 2012.
The recruiting unit will conduct an online preliminary review of the qualifications of the applicants. The review time is from 9:00 on April 25, 2012 to 17:00 on April 27, 2012.
Before the written examination, candidates who pass the preliminary examination need to be reviewed for their qualifications. Candidates are required to enter the registration system to print out their admission ticket and bring their admission ticket, application form, and Resident ID card, household registration booklet, graduation certificate, degree certificate, a recent one-inch full-face photo without a hat and other relevant supporting materials (all documents require originals and copies), go to the compound at No. 5 Yuancun West Street, Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong The Provincial Environmental Protection Vocational and Technical School will review the application qualifications and receive the admission ticket.
Each applicant can only apply for one position that meets the recruitment requirements. Registration materials must be true and accurate. Anyone found to have committed fraud will be disqualified from application or recruitment upon verification.
(2) Examination: The examination will be conducted in the form of a written test plus an interview.
1. Written test.
Written test time: 9:00~11:30 am on April 30, 2012.
Written test content: professional knowledge of the position applied for.
Written test location: See the admission ticket.
The results of the written examination were announced on the public websites of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection on May 8, 2012.
2. Interview.
According to the written test scores from high to low, among those who pass the written test (more than 60 points), interview candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 to the number of people to be hired for the recruitment position. If the number of applicants or the number of qualified people is insufficient, If there are 3 people, the interviewees will be determined based on the actual number of applicants or the number of qualified candidates. The list of interviewees was announced on the public website of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection on May 8, 2012.
Interview format: Teaching positions will take the form of a 20-minute trial lecture and 10-minute on-site Q&A.
Other positions will adopt a 30-minute structured interview format.
Interview time: May 12-13, 2012, 9:00-11:30 am and 14:30-17:00 pm. The specific arrangements will be notified later.
Candidates must report to the designated location at the specified time with their ID card and written examination admission ticket. If they do not bring all their documents with them, they will not be allowed to take the exam. Failure to check in on time or leave the examination room without authorization will be deemed as giving up the exam.
The recruitment unit will set up a group of interview examiners composed of 5-7 people to be responsible for scoring. After the interview of the candidates, the results will be announced on the spot.
The written test scores and interview scores will be combined into a total score in a ratio of 4:6. Among those who pass the total score (60 points and above), they will be sorted from high score to low score, and the proposed candidates will be determined at a ratio of 1:1, and follow-up matters will be notified at the same time.
(3) Physical examination and inspection.
In late May 2012, the recruitment unit will organize candidates to undergo physical examinations at designated third-level medical institutions. The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions of Guangdong Province (Trial)".
For those who pass the physical examination, the recruiting unit will conduct a political review inspection before June 15, 2012. The inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for the Inspection of Open Recruitment Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province".
(4) Determine the personnel to be hired and publicize them.
Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be identified as candidates for employment and will be announced simultaneously on the portal website of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the public website of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Environmental Protection for a 7-day publicity period.
(5) Handle employment procedures.
If there are no objections to the personnel to be hired, the list of personnel to be hired will be announced, the employment approval procedures will be completed, follow-up matters will be notified, and an employment agreement will be signed with the personnel to be hired in accordance with relevant regulations. Those who fail to sign the employment agreement within the time limit will be deemed to have given up automatically.
5. Supervision
This recruitment work will be supervised by the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and the Provincial Department of Supervision and the Supervision Office of the Discipline Inspection Team of the Provincial Department of Environmental Protection for full supervision.
