2 Responsibilities of operators in the mixing station control room

(1) Operators must hold a certificate to work. It is forbidden to drink alcohol before working and working after drinking.

(2) Be familiar with concrete mixing and measuring equipment and operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

(3) It is strictly prohibited to leave work without permission, and other personnel will operate the machine instead.

(4) Follow the arrangements of the production department and carry out construction and production in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

(5) Before starting up, carefully check all parts of the mixer to ensure that they are in normal condition.

(6) Check whether the equipment is running normally and whether the measurement is ready at any time.

(7) Ensure accurate measurement of various raw materials. The allowable deviation for each tray is ±2% for aggregates and ±1% for powder and liquid materials.

(8) Ensure that the concrete is mixed according to the specified feeding sequence and time. The total mixing time of each plate should not be less than 2 minutes, nor should it exceed 3 minutes.

(9) Before the opening, the material consumption of each concrete tray of the first truck should be printed for opening identification and technical analysis.

(10) Observe whether the concrete slump is normal at any time, otherwise the aggregate moisture content should be adjusted in time.

(11) Regularly apply for measurement equipment verification and calibration, care and maintenance during its use period to ensure accurate measurement and clean indoor environment.

3 Job Responsibilities of Concrete Mixing Station Host Operator

1. Strictly operate the concrete mixer equipment instructions. If the equipment fails, the relevant personnel should be notified in time for inspection and repair, and Keep concrete mixing records and shift handover records.

2. Responsible for checking the weighing device and performing zero point calibration before the official weighing of each work shift.

3. Monitor the data from time to time during mixing, check the concrete mixing quality, and strictly control the mixing time and slump.

4. Keep the console, monitor and room clean, and non-operators are not allowed to enter the operation room.

5. You are not allowed to copy files to the control computer without permission, you are not allowed to delete files, and you are not allowed to play computer or games at will to ensure system security.

6. During the operation, the dosage of cement, fly ash, coarse and fine aggregate and water should be closely monitored. If an ingredient error occurs due to an inadvertent operating error or malfunction of the equipment, the leader on duty must be immediately reported to the leader on duty for emergency treatment.
