In order to ensure that the tender announcement is implemented in accordance with the law, Order No.4 of the State Planning Commission also specifically warned that if the place and scope of the tender announcement are restricted, the relevant administrative supervision departments will punish them according to the provisions of Article 62 of the Bidding Law.
