The three giants are so concerned about Zhuhai that they all aim at the same keyword-artificial intelligence. Judging from the specific signing content, the construction of public service platform and talent system is their key direction.

In terms of industrial services, Tencent proposed to build an artificial intelligence industrial innovation center and an artificial intelligence technology innovation center. The former empowers innovative enterprises by building an artificial intelligence public service platform, while the latter mainly builds an artificial intelligence industry acceleration platform (accelerator) to put Tencent artificial intelligent cloud into production.
