If the supervisor of the interview says no problem, it is definitely no problem.

1. If the interview fails, you can just say so. There's no need to tell you it's over.

2. Mingshuo's whole recruitment process is almost that the department puts forward the personnel demand, and the personnel who provide the corresponding information are submitted to the demanding department, and the personnel interview (the basic skills are sometimes absent) and the direct recruitment department interview (usually by the department head, sometimes the department manager will take a look). If the interview is successful, the employment information will be notified to the personnel, and the personnel check data will be audited by a series of personnel such as department heads, managers, factory directors (or directors). I'll let you know when the whole process is over. Generally 20-30 days is normal. (Because the senior supervisor is often absent, the whole signing and approval will be very long. )

3. Because the recruitment is proposed by the employing department and interviewed by the department head, the senior supervisor generally will not veto the interview result of the department head.
