In addition, electroplating and water electroplating can also be used for high-gloss treatment. The principle between them is basically the same. Both of them are plated with a layer of alloy on the surface of the hand plate, which can make the surface of the hand plate more beautiful.

For painting 1, it takes 3-4 times, and then it is put in a dust-free workshop for UV, so that the surface can achieve a very high-gloss effect. But sometimes if the surface of the sample is not well bonded or the wall thickness is too thin, it may crack or deform after UV. This requires inspection in advance, and craftsmen should also carefully check and judge when polishing. Nowadays, many industrial hand-made designers have higher and higher requirements for making hand-made samples, which will certainly bring great challenges to the rapid prototyping industry.

For example, in our usual work, when we meet some industrial hand-made plastic hand-made, customers will demand high surface gloss, which is harmful to the subsequent manual work: the requirements are very high, and experienced post-processing masters are needed to complete the task with high quality and high standard. In the rapid prototyping industry, in order to improve the quality of hand boards, at least three kinds of sandpaper will be polished on the surface, and the smoother the polishing, the higher the brightness.
