Requirements for food inspectors to apply for examinations

Job description of food inspector:

Food inspector refers to the personnel who are mainly engaged in the inspection of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials of food, dairy products, primary products of tropical crops, beverages, food additives and food packaging materials.

Collecting samples: preparing standard solution; Use incubators, microscopes and other instruments and equipment to detect the microbial content of the samples; Check the trace metal elements, trace nonmetal elements and physical and chemical indexes of the samples; Record, calculate and judge inspection data; Assist the director to complete the inspection report; Inspection and maintenance of instruments and equipment: responsible for the hygiene and safety of the inspection room.

College degree or above in food major or related major; More than two years of laboratory inspection work in food enterprises; Hard-working, serious and responsible, with strong learning, analysis, communication and coordination skills; Familiar with the relevant quality and hygiene requirements of food industry.
