Business construction of Yangjiang TV Station

Since May 2002, Yangjiang TV Station has invested more than 40 million yuan to comprehensively implement the urban cable radio and television network upgrade and reconstruction project, and build a two-way transmission cable TV network. At the same time, the radio and television departments of the municipal counties (cities and districts) also raised funds through multiple channels and successively carried out technological transformation of cable radio and television networks. At the end of 2004, the cable radio and television network upgrade project in Yangjiang City was completed. At present, the network is one of the most advanced networks in the province, with 860M broadband and two-way transmission functions and computer addressable user management functions, forming a High-performance optical fiber data network for broadcasting and television. Following this, in 2005, Yangjiang Radio and Television Station, in accordance with the unified deployment of the provincial group, carefully completed the preparatory work for the city's overall cable digital TV conversion, drafted technical plans, and selected pilot units and communities to prepare for the full implementation of cable TV by the end of 2008. Digitalization has laid a solid foundation.
