1, conditions for safe production (1) In order to ensure the safe operation of the gas producer, the gas producer operators must operate in strict accordance with the relevant technical operating procedures. (2) All gas equipment and pipelines shall be well sealed and maintained regularly according to regulations. In daily operation, important parts such as generator, cyclone and blower should be checked frequently, and problems should be solved immediately. (3) Gas station staff must go through gas safety education, understand and master various safety regulations, understand the nature and characteristics of gas, master common sense of maintenance, and operate only after passing the examination. (4) The gas stove operation room must be well ventilated, and the upper window of the operation room should be open and ventilated. (5) In order to prevent gas poisoning, the air in the workplace should be analyzed regularly, and the content of carbon monoxide should not exceed 0.03 mg/L. Otherwise, we must try to eliminate it. Oxygen respirator must be worn when working in equipment or pipeline with carbon monoxide content exceeding 0.03mg/L.. (6) Flammable and explosive articles are not allowed to be piled up at the gas production site, and smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. (7) In the dangerous area with gas poisoning, warning signs should be hung to prevent other personnel from entering the dangerous area and causing accidents. Personnel of other units must go through the formalities according to the regulations, and can only enter the station accompanied by a special person. Non-staff members are not allowed to swim or touch equipment in the station. (8) Regularly check the gas pipeline and ancillary equipment, and handle the problems in time when found. Do not tamper with gas pipeline facilities, and do not use them as grounding wires for hangers and electric welding.
