The dispatcher's job is boring and he calls all day. Like an operator, it is normal to shift shifts and work at night, and there can be no mistakes in dispatching orders. Relay protection level: there are generally several relay protection levels, which are responsible for protecting substations with several voltage levels of 35kV/110kV/220kV/500kV. A person engaged in relay protection generally needs at least three or four years of practical work experience to be fully familiar with the protection work of this bureau. Computer Communication Department: Some places are also called Information Department of Information Center, which is also the department where a large number of new students have poured in in recent years. Since all power supply bureaus now have centralized control centers and adopt energy management system (ems), most substations are unattended, and the monitoring of data acquisition equipment and the realization of microcomputer protection are inseparable from communication. Many young people in this study, most of them graduated from computer science department.
Overhaul laboratory: This laboratory mainly overhauls and maintains the primary equipment and tests it regularly. There are systems (tube main transformer), switches (tube circuit breaker), high voltage and laboratory. The people in the workshop are hard, the working environment is full of oil, and they often need physical strength very much, so there are basically no girls.
In the past, the status of the workshop was relatively high, because he knew all about the equipment at once, and the people who came out of the workshop were almost competent for all other positions. Metrology Institute: There are internal calibration classes (watt-hour meter calibration, no business trip), current calibration classes (calibration of instruments on business trip site, installation of instruments by large users) and instrument classes (maintenance and calibration of various instruments such as voltmeter, ammeter, thermometer and pressure gauge). The work of this institute is relatively easy, relatively safe and with minimal risk. Of course, correspondingly, the income is slightly less.
