What questions does the interview consultant of New Oriental course ask?

Because I have a classmate who is a teacher in Hefei New Oriental, I know that the job in New Oriental is quite good and the income is quite high, but I can't be a teacher because of my academic qualifications, so I found the position of course consultant in Xin 'an Talent Network New Oriental Recruitment (compared with other positions, the requirements of this position are not so high, why? The following is a detailed introduction to the interview content of each round.

The first round: group face

About 40 people were present that day. Five people came into the room and talked with four interview teachers. In the process of waiting, there will be a promotional video of New Oriental for us to see, and a professional teacher will introduce us to the corporate culture of New Oriental, as well as the nature and content of this position. After you go in for an interview, introduce yourself first, and then the teacher will ask questions about your resume.

This level is not difficult, but there are many people to be screened (14 out of 40). In addition to a good resume to show your strengths and experiences, it is particularly important to leave a good impression on the interviewer on the spot (I was deeply impressed by her good interaction with the teacher when she introduced the relevant content of New Oriental, and I found out that she was also one of the interviewers after I went in.

The second round: assessment and screening after training.

The first is a three-day training on the main education sections of New Oriental and the system operation used at the front desk. The training content is quite large, and there will be exams every day. After the three-day training, people will be screened according to the comprehensive scores of the three-day exam and the scores of the interviewers and teachers, and the last 20% will be eliminated. Liberal arts students and people who recite things quickly have advantages at this level, but not all of them are rote learning. There will be many questions in the exam that need you to recommend and plan your study plan according to the counselor's situation, from study to memory to study.
