The working environment is general, such as automobile glass factory, which is generally divided into four factories: tempering, packaging, interlayer and edging. The working system is different, 8 hours and 10- 12 hours. Sandwich factories are basically large glass (front block and back block), and the wrapping factory has the strongest smell.

1, dust

Because a large amount of silica dust will be produced in the process of raw material crushing, screening, transportation and batching, workers can cause silicosis by inhaling high concentration of silica dust for a long time at work.

2, high temperature and thermal radiation

In the melting and molding workshop, a lot of heat and radiation are emitted from the melting furnace and molten glass to the workshop, which is a typical high temperature and strong radiation workplace, and there are high temperature and radiation in the melting, molding and annealing processes. The temperature of glass furnace is 1560℃ ~ 1580℃, and the surface temperature of glass furnace is 150℃ ~ 395℃.

The temperature of molten glass is 1080℃ ~ 1290℃. In the production of flat glass, the shell surface temperature of vertical glass is above 65438 050℃; The ground temperature of the intermediate platform is113℃ ~120℃; The glass automatic forming machine can be heated to 350℃ ~ 400℃; In the production process, the product temperature reaches 450℃; The temperature of the annealed product is 350℃ ~ 400℃.

In addition, the floor and walls of the workshop are heated by air temperature and thermal radiation, and the highest temperature can reach above 60℃. In summer, we investigated the mechanical operation procedures of some glass factories with or without grooves in the south: the temperature is between 40℃ and 50℃, and the highest temperature can reach above 70℃; The thermal radiation intensity is 2.09 j ~12.55 j (cm2 min). 6.5% ~ 30% of the operators' working hours are under the conditions of high temperature and strong thermal radiation.
