When was BOSS Direct Recruitment listed on the market?

Online recruitment platform BOSS Zhipin officially launched on the Nasdaq market on June 11, with the stock code BZ and an issue price of US$19/ADS, which is at the top of the proposed issuance range.

BOSS directly issued a total of 48 million American depositary shares (ADS). Based on this calculation, BOSS Direct Recruitment raised US$912 million this time. As usual, BOSS Direct Recruitment granted the underwriters the right to over-allot 7.2 million ADS shares. This means that if BOSS directly recruits employees, they will implement the "green shoe mechanism".
