The circular economy project of Jiheng Eco-industrial Park has been listed as the first choice of major strategic support projects for Hengshui's economic development. The planning of the park focuses on the development of industrial chain, focusing on the development of disinfection products and chemical raw materials (antipyretic and analgesic drugs), supporting basic chemical products such as liquid chlorine, caustic soda, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, liquid ammonia and methanol, and developing intermediate extension products such as hydrazine hydrate, A C foaming agent, cyanuric acid, silicone, persulfate, aniline, p-nitrochlorobenzene and p-aminophenol in a balanced way. Products and by-products produced by one factory or enterprise in the park are used as raw and auxiliary materials of another factory. Resource park: according to the principle of cascade utilization and comprehensive utilization of resources, unified supply of water, electricity, steam and other energy sources is implemented. It can provide150,000 cubic meters of water, 5 million cubic meters of softened water, 480 million kWh/kWh of electricity and 8 million GJ of heating for the park every year.

Virtual Ecological Park: According to the ecological principle, the projects in the park are exchanged and recycled to form a scientific and reasonable industrial chain. Zero-emission park: sewage, washing water, circulating water and ash are treated comprehensively, and finally zero pollution is realized in the park, with 40,000 cubic meters of circulating water/hour, 500 cubic meters of sewage/hour and 200,000 tons of ash/year.
