What are the examination requirements for banks and CIRC?

The requirements for taking the examination of China Banking Regulatory Commission are as follows:

1, with People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality;

2. 18 years old, under 35 years old. In 2020, the age of graduate students and doctoral students (non-in-service) can be relaxed to below 40 years old;

3. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), the leadership of China and the socialist system;

4. Have good political and moral qualities;

5. Have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

6. Have the ability to work in line with the requirements of the post;

7. Have a college degree or above;

8. Other conditions required by the proposed post as stipulated by the central competent department of civil servants.

Legal basis: Article 13 of the Administrative Punishment Measures of China Banking Regulatory Commission.

China Banking Regulatory Commission imposes administrative penalties on the following illegal acts:

(1) Directly supervising the banking legal person institutions and their employees;

(2) Implemented by an insurance legal person institution directly supervised and its employees;

(3) Other illegal acts that China Banking Regulatory Commission considers should be given administrative punishment.

Article 14

The agency is responsible for giving administrative punishment to the following illegal acts within its jurisdiction:

(1) Directly supervising the banking legal person institutions and their employees;

(2) Implemented by branches of banking institutions as legal persons and their employees;

(3) Implemented by branches of insurance companies and their employees;

(four) the implementation of insurance intermediaries and their employees;

(5) Illegal establishment of insurance institutions and illegal insurance business;

(six) other illegal acts that should be given administrative punishment by the agency.
