Responsible for the planning, approval and management of construction projects in urban and rural planning areas. Responsible for the county planning and design, construction industry (architectural survey and design, construction supervision), surveying and mapping, municipal utilities, real estate development; Responsible for the design review of the county's construction project expansion (except for key projects, the same below) and the management of construction projects and quotas, cost, project construction, bidding, contract verification and construction permit; Responsible for the management of construction engineering quality, construction safety and construction product quality; Responsible for organizing the completion acceptance of residential quarters. Responsible for urban water supply and urban and rural gas management, and guide the management of urban facilities. Organize the education and training of professional and technical personnel titles and employees of construction engineering in the county.
