III. Recruitment Procedures

Recruitment is conducted in sequence according to the procedures of announcement, public registration, qualification examination, written examination, interview, physical examination, assessment and publicity.

IV. Registration and Qualification Examination

(1) Registration

1. Preschool teachers: The registration time is from 8: am on March 19th to 6: pm on March 22nd at Wuxiang County Talent Market (the third floor of County Grain Bureau).

2. Teachers in junior high schools, senior high schools and vocational schools: There are two registration points for registration: ① Linfen Normal University, and the registration time is one day on March 24th, 212. ② Wuxiang County Talent Market (the third floor of County Grain Bureau), the registration time is from 8: am on March 19th to 6: pm on March 22nd.

3. Documents required for registration: I must bring my ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, household registration book, teacher qualification certificate and the original and photocopy of Putonghua certificate when registering. I have recently taken five one-inch color photos with the same face bareheaded, and the fresh graduates need to provide the academic credentials issued by their school (stamped with the official seal of the school) to register on site.

(2) Qualification examination: the number of applicants for each position must be more than three times the number of recruitment places. The examination is divided into two parts: written examination and interview, with a total score of 1 points, and a two-level percentage system is implemented, in which the written examination accounts for 6% and the interview accounts for 4%. However, the positions of vocal music, instrumental music, performance, physical education and preschool teachers account for 4% in written examination and 6% in interview.

The content of lectures given by teachers in senior high schools and vocational schools is the current textbook for grade two in senior high schools, while that of junior high school teachers is the current textbook for grade two in junior high schools. 3. Comprehensive score. The scoring method of the total test score is: written test score × 6%+interview score × 4%. The scoring method of the total score of vocal music, instrumental music, performance, physical education and kindergarten teacher position examination is: written test score ×4%+ interview score ×6%.

VI. Treatment

The probationary period of the hired personnel is one year.
