1. Recruitment positions

2. Recruitment Targets
Fresh graduates of full-time general colleges and universities from six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education and Liaoning Normal University, with undergraduate degrees in basic majors from "double first-class" universities Fresh master's students in the discipline, fresh undergraduates from the six normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education, and fresh undergraduates from basic professional disciplines in "double first-class" universities. Fresh undergraduate graduates from Liaoning Normal University can apply for the position of primary school teacher.
3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
(2) Abide by the Constitution and laws;
(3) Love education and have good conduct;
(4) Adapt to the professional and technical conditions required for the position, and adapt to the physical conditions required for the position;

IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration Review
1. Registration Time: November 6, 2019 (Wednesday)
2. Registration location: Multifunctional Hall (2) of Student Employment Guidance Service Center, Northeast Normal University Free Campus
3. Registration materials:
(1) "Registration Form" ( Attachment 2) Fill in and print out 3 copies of recent one-inch photos without hats (attached to the registration form).
(2) Original and 1 copy of your ID card.
(3) One copy of personal resume (copies of relevant materials such as the applicant’s physical circumstances, personal honors and social practice experience must be provided);
(4) "Graduating in 2023" 1 copy of "Student Certificate" (stamped with the official seal of the school or department);
(5) Postgraduate graduates must provide 1 copy of the "Undergraduate Transcript" (stamped with the official seal of the department). 1 copy of college entrance examination results; 1 original and copy of undergraduate graduation certificate and degree certificate;
(6) Candidates need to provide the original and copy of teacher qualification certificate and Mandarin certificate. Candidates competing for junior high school English teachers must provide the original and copy of the professional English level 8 certificate.
Candidates must sort the application materials according to the serial number.
4. Qualification review
Candidates must register in good faith. Each person is limited to one position and must provide registration materials truthfully. Qualification review runs through the entire open recruitment process. If anyone is found to be committing fraud, the exam and employment qualifications will be canceled at any time. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review on time will be deemed to have automatically given up. Those who pass the qualification review can take part in the written examination. From the time of registration to the signing of the employment agreement (qualification review, written test, interview, agreement signing), candidates must ensure that the registration phone number is open. The consequences of being unable to contact the phone number are the responsibility of the candidate.
(2) Written test
1. Written test arrangements. An announcement for the written examination will be released separately. Candidates must take the written test on time with their ID cards.
The written test opening ratio is set at 1:2. For positions that do not meet the test opening ratio, announcements will be made to adjust or cancel them. However, if they are indeed urgently needed by employers and are in short supply, they can take the written test based on the actual number of applicants.
2. Written test content. The written examination focuses on basic professional knowledge such as pedagogy and educational psychology, as well as teachers’ professional qualities and abilities, with a full score of 100 points.
3. Written test scores and passing scores. After the written examination is marked, the minimum qualifying score will be determined based on a summary analysis of the results. The written examination results and the minimum passing score will be announced online and on-site for inquiry.
(3) Interview
1. Interview candidates. Before the interview, according to the ratio of 1:2 between the recruitment plan and the number of interviews, and in order from high to low written test scores, a list of candidates for the interview will be determined among the candidates who passed the written test. The last interviewer whose written test score is tied will participate in the interview at the same time. If the number of candidates who pass the written test for a certain position does not meet the 1:2 ratio requirement, all candidates who pass the written test will participate in the interview.
Before the interview, if a job vacancy occurs due to the applicant voluntarily giving up, failing the qualification review, committing fraud, being disqualified from the interview, or other reasons, the candidates who pass the written examination will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score.
2. Interview arrangements: will be announced separately.
3. Interview method: The interview takes the form of simulated class and defense. The interview time for each candidate shall not exceed 15 minutes, of which the mock class shall not exceed 10 minutes and the on-site defense shall not exceed 5 minutes. The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 70 points. Those who do not reach the passing score will not be hired.
The interview examiner will prepare three lessons based on the published teaching materials (see attachment 3 for details), print and seal the selected lessons on A4 paper and indicate the serial number (1, 2, 3), and provide it to the supervisor for on-site drawing of lots. One of the classes is a simulated class session for candidates. Candidates must prepare for the class period determined by on-site drawing for 15 minutes before they can be interviewed.
5. Sign the agreement
1. Determine the candidate for signing. The formula for the weighted scoring of candidates is: total score = written test score × 40% + interview score × 60% (written test scores, interview scores, and total scores are each kept to two decimal places), sorted by position, and based on the recruitment plan 1:1 The candidates for contracting will be determined based on the ratio, and those with a tie in overall scores will be selected based on the candidate with the highest interview score, and an announcement of the contracted personnel will be issued. If a candidate voluntarily gives up the contract and a vacancy occurs, he or she will be filled in order based on the total score.
2. Sign the agreement. Candidates must bring their ID card, student ID card, and "Employment Agreement" (provided by the school), and Anshan High-tech Zone will organize and sign an employment agreement with the employer. After graduation, candidates will undergo physical examination, assessment, and publicity in accordance with the relevant regulations of public recruitment by public institutions. After passing the examination, candidates will go through the employment procedures of public institutions.
3. Agreed by both parties. If the candidate fails to obtain the graduation certificate, degree certificate, and teacher qualification certificate suitable for the position as scheduled, or violates discipline and is subject to administrative penalties, the employment agreement will be automatically terminated, and Party A (employing unit) will not be liable for breach of contract; if a free normal college student crosses provinces If employment requires liquidated damages, the graduates shall bear them themselves.
6. Discipline and Supervision
(1) The public recruitment work adheres to the principles of "openness, equality, competition and merit selection", strictly disciplines, acts impartially, and strictly prohibits fraud, favoritism and malpractice. The entire process shall be subject to supervision by the disciplinary inspection and supervision departments and society. If an applicant commits fraud or violates disciplines and regulations, once discovered, his or her qualifications will be cancelled, and the relevant situation will be reported to the school. If a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be pursued in accordance with the law.
(2) During the recruitment period, if you do not participate in the qualification review, interview, physical examination, go through relevant procedures, etc. as required, you will be deemed to have automatically given up.
