How many days can the plastic suction mold work?

Such as mold size, material, humidity and temperature. The drying step is usually divided into preheating stage and drying stage, as follows:

1, preheating stage: in the preheating stage, the mold needs to be put into the oven for heating treatment. The purpose of this step is to increase the temperature of the mold and make the water inside evaporate. The preheating temperature is usually 50℃ to 70℃ and the duration is 2 to 3 hours. This can ensure that the surface of the mold is dry and reduce the moisture inside the mold.

2. Drying stage: After the preheating stage, the mold needs to enter the drying stage. The purpose of this step is to completely volatilize the water inside the mold. Usually, the drying time depends on the size and material of the mold. Generally speaking, small molds need 1 to 2 days of drying time, and large molds need longer time. In the drying process, the temperature and humidity should be controlled to ensure that the mold is not deformed or cracked.
