(2) Examination methods and implementation methods
1 ,written examination. The written examination is entrusted to the relevant municipal departments to organize it uniformly. The subject of the written examination is "Comprehensive Knowledge and Ability Quality". The scope of the examination can be found in the "Nanjing 11 District Urban Management Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade Written Examination Outline". There are no tutoring books specified for the exam.
The written test is scheduled to be held from 9:30 to 11:00 am on June 7, 2014. Please refer to the admission ticket for details of the written test location.
The written test results will be announced on the Nanjing Personnel Examination Network in the form of a hundred-point system. Applicants can check the written test results with their valid resident ID cards.
2. Physical fitness assessment. After the written examination is marked, the relevant departments will jointly determine the minimum passing score for the written examination. Candidates for the physical fitness test will be determined based on the written test scores reaching the minimum qualifying score, from high scores to low scores, in a ratio of 1:5 to the actual number of job recruitments.
The physical fitness assessment shall be carried out in accordance with the standards for those under 30 years old (inclusive) in the "Physical Fitness Assessment Items and Standards for the Recruitment of People's Police by Public Security Organs (Interim)".
Those who are unable to participate in or complete all physical fitness assessment items due to personal reasons will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
When the actual job recruitment ratio of 1:5 is not reached due to failure in the physical fitness test, among the candidates who apply for the same position and whose written test scores are above the minimum passing score, the candidates will be ranked from high to low. One-time replacement for those who participate in the physical fitness assessment.
3. Qualification review. Among those who have passed the physical fitness test and whose written test scores have reached the minimum qualifying score, those who will participate in the qualification review will be determined in the order of written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 to the actual number of job recruitments. During the qualification review, candidates must present their written examination admission ticket, valid ID card, and graduation certificate (2014 graduates can provide the "Graduate Employment Two-way Selection Recommendation Form" issued by the provincial education department issued by the institution where they are located or the "Recommendation Form for General Colleges and Universities" "Graduate Employment Agreement"), degree certificate, certificates required for relevant positions and proof that the unit agrees to apply (if it is difficult to provide proof that the unit agrees to apply, it must be provided before the physical examination at the latest), and a recent 2-inch bareheaded photo1 Zhang; Those who have returned from studying abroad should provide academic qualification certification from the education department. The above-mentioned certificates and related materials must be submitted for inspection in originals and copies. Those who cannot provide it on time and as required will be deemed to have automatically given up their qualifications.
Those who fail the qualification re-examination will be disqualified from the interview, and those who have passed the physical fitness test applying for the same position will be replaced in order from the highest score to the lowest score to participate in the qualification re-examination.
4. Interview. Those who pass the physical fitness test and qualification reexamination will be selected for interviews based on their written test scores from high to low in a ratio of 1:3 to the actual number of positions recruited.
The interview will be conducted in a structured format, and the interview results will be notified to the candidates on the spot. For positions where there is no competition during the interview, the qualifying score for the interview is 60% of the total interview score; for positions where there is competition for the interview, the passing score for the interview is 50% of the total interview score.
