Recruitment conditions
(1) A candidate shall meet the following conditions
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC);
3. Good conduct;
4. Have the physical and psychological conditions to perform their duties normally;
5. Have the academic qualifications, majors or skills required for the recruitment position;
6. Generally, the age is above 18 and below 35 (1born between June 30th, 987 and June 30th, 2005), and the doctoral students are relaxed to below 40 (1born after June 30th, 982);
7. Have other qualifications required by the recruitment position.
According to the relevant policies and regulations of the state and Hainan Province, China citizens and compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao in Taiwan Province Province have the right to fair competition in the open recruitment of public institutions, and they can apply for mainland institutions. Applicants must have the corresponding conditions required for the recruitment position.
(two) the following persons shall not apply for the examination
1. Active servicemen and non-fresh college graduates (among them, graduate students who did not graduate in 2023 are not allowed to apply for the original academic qualifications and degrees);
2. Having received criminal punishment for committing a crime, he was expelled from China * * * Party membership and public office; Persons who have been punished by party discipline or political discipline during the record review;

4. Probationary civil servants (refer to the staff of civil service law management institutions) and staff of probation institutions;
5. Persons who are listed as joint disciplinary targets for dishonesty and those who do not meet the requirements of this open recruitment according to laws and regulations;
6. Candidates are not allowed to apply for positions with avoidance relationship. Avoidance relationship includes the situations in Article 6 of the Regulations on Avoidance of Personnel Management in Institutions and Article 27 of the Interim Provisions on Open Recruitment of Personnel in Institutions.
Applicants who have become civil servants (refer to the staff of civil service law management institutions) or have been employed as staff of institutions during the probation period after registration and before employment shall not be employed.
The deadline for recruitment conditions or job requirements such as active service, probation (employment) period and service period is the date of announcement, unless there are clear requirements for the job.
