Xinyuan Company is a secondary company of China Telecom Group Corporation. It would be good for a fresh graduate to sign a Class B employment contract. From the perspective of enterprise employment, Telecom employees are divided into three categories:

Category A: basically life-long employees. Category B employees who have worked for the company for a certain number of years will be converted into Category A employees when their contracts are renewed. They basically have no possibility of being terminated from their contracts.

Category B: In addition to Category A employees, fresh graduates, graduate students, doctoral students, etc., who are recruited by the provincial company, the contract is usually signed every three to five years.

Class A employees and Class B employees are commonly known as regular telecom employees.

Category C: Employees are recruited by local labor service companies, sign contracts with the labor service company, and then dispatched to work in telecommunications by the labor service company, which is commonly known as dispatched employees. Under normal circumstances, a prefecture-level telecommunications branch will have at least dozens of quotas for Class C to Class B contract employees every year, and large prefecture-level branches will have even more quotas.
