Citigroup officially recognizes the various healthy employee networking groups that exist across the company. Citi has a variety of employee organizations and networks, each focusing on different areas, including gay and lesbian organizations, women's organizations, working parent organizations, etc. Various other groups were also established. Recognizing these organizations and groups promotes Citi's network building and educational awareness, and helps the company achieve innovation and development in recruitment, marketing and other aspects.

Citigroup Pride

Citigroup’s first employee network organization was Citigroup Pride, founded in New York and in Dallas, England There are branches open to all employees. The primary goal of Proud Citi is to foster an inclusive, respectful environment across Citi where employees feel comfortable working here regardless of sexual orientation, gender or sexual expression. Citi Pride believes that creating a safe, supportive, and capable work environment for all Citi employees attracts the best talent, increases loyalty, and improves productivity. Citi Pride often organizes various related activities. For example, it organized a Pride Month project in New York in conjunction with Citi’s Global Diversity Office.

C-Women

C-Women is an organization founded by Citi Private Bank to support members Flexibility and career needs, through networking, leadership skills forums, providing encouragement, coaching and other measures to people at all levels. C-Women has a number of keynote speakers, many of Citigroup's successful professional women sharing their career experiences with the organization.

Working Parents Neork

Citigroup's "Working Parents Neork" was created in 2002 and is a new employee organization of Citigroup. Working Parents was founded to share information with employees and provide support for them to better balance work and family life. Every month, the Working Parents Network holds an event or conference. At various events, employees listen to speakers address topics ranging from saving for college to choosing the right child care service, all designed to meet their needs.
