Recruitment conditions.

Recruitment is carried out step by step according to the procedures of on-site registration, qualification examination, physical examination, publicity and employment.

1. on-site registration

2. Qualification examination

From those who meet the registration requirements, according to the written test results of the CET-4 in Hebei Province in 2022, from high score to low score, the qualification examination objects are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. Those with party member status in China will be given priority as appropriate.

After the audit object is determined, the organization department of the county party Committee announces the list of candidates who enter the qualification examination procedure, and the candidates who pass the qualification examination will go to the designated place for the certificate examination within the specified time. When examining the certificate, the certificates and materials to be issued include: one original and one copy of graduation certificate and degree certificate; Civil servants employ related materials such as CET-4 entrance examination, selection examination, written admission ticket, ID card, etc. Candidates who have no problems in qualification examination enter the medical examination. Posts vacated due to unqualified qualification examination or abandonment of employment shall be filled in the order of candidates' scores from high to low.

During the qualification examination, those who fail to conduct the qualification examination within the specified time and can't get in touch with each other by phone for two times will be deemed to have given up the recruitment qualification automatically. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If any link is found to be unqualified, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled immediately; Serious fraud should be investigated for responsibility.

Step 3 have a physical examination

According to the qualification examination, 1: 1 is confirmed to be on the medical examination list. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice on Amending the General Standards for Physical Examination of Civil Servants and the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. The specific time and physical examination hospital shall be determined by the organization department of the county party Committee.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the applicant personally. Those who pass the medical examination are determined to be candidates to be recruited. If the medical examination is unqualified or abandoned, the recruitment quota will be replenished according to the written test results from high to low.

Step 4 publicize

The organization department of the county party Committee will publicize the personnel to be recruited in an appropriate way for 7 working days. During the publicity period, if there are problems and evidence, the recruitment qualification will be cancelled.

5. Unified job selection

The organization department of the county party Committee timely organizes the personnel to be recruited to conduct unified and centralized post selection. Those who do not obey the job selection results are deemed to have given up automatically.

Recruiters are required to implement the probation system, and the probation period is half a year. Those who fail the probation period will be terminated. Step 7 deal with

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of Community Workers in Hebei Province", the wage standards for employed community workers shall be approved. The required funds shall be borne by the county finance and included in the annual budget.

8. Daily management and service guarantee

The daily management and service guarantee of community workers shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Community Workers in Hebei Province and the Measures for the Administration of Community Workers in Linzhang County.
