Explanation

1. Provincial Human Resources starting from September 2008 The development and management level examination shall be based on this syllabus. If there is any adjustment, candidates are requested to pay attention to the "Jiangsu Personnel Examination Network" (www.jsrsks.com.cn).

2. The provincial human resources development and management level examination shall be conducted on a computer basis. The test paper consists of two parts: subjective questions and objective questions. The objective questions are answered on a computer, and the subjective questions are answered on a special answer sheet.

3. The specific examination date shall be determined by each municipal personnel examination center within the time period specified by the province.

4. After passing the examination, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Personnel will issue a certificate of qualification.

1. Examination subjects, examination time limit and question types

(1) Elementary level

1. Examination subjects: "Introduction to Human Resources Management", "Human Resources Management Practices" and "Human Resources Management Relevant Regulations".

2. Examination time limit: 90 minutes, full score is 100 points.

3. Question types: single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, case analysis and practical questions; all are objective questions.

(2) Intermediate

1. Examination subjects: "Human Resource Development and Management", "Organizational Behavior", "Leadership Science".

2. Exam time limit: 120 minutes each, with a full score of 100 points.

3. Question types: single-choice questions, multiple-choice questions, case analysis and practical questions; all are objective questions.

(3) Advanced

1. Examination subjects: "Strategic Human Resource Management", "Leadership and Innovation", "Organization and Culture", "Comprehensive Knowledge of Management".

2. Exam time limit: 120 minutes each, with a full score of 100 points.

3. Question types: single-choice questions and multiple-choice questions are objective questions; case analysis and practical questions are subjective questions.

2. Precautions for exams and answering questions

Candidates are requested to pay attention to the following requirements:

1. After queuing up for photos, candidates enter the examination room and take their seats, and enter the correct information on the computer. Examination number, place the admission ticket and ID card in the upper left corner of the desk for easy verification. After hearing the order to start the exam, click the "Start Exam" button to answer the questions.

2. After entering the official examination interface, candidates select answers based on the content of the question. After answering the questions, click the "Next Question" button in the examination interface to enter the next question. Candidates can also click " Click the "Select a Question" button to freely select questions to answer. If the candidate feels that he or she has doubts about the currently answered question, he or she can use the mouse to click the "Mark" button under the answer box to mark it. Later, the candidate can re-select the question to answer through the "Select a Question" button.

3. If there is a machine failure, you must raise your hand to ask, and you are not allowed to handle it without authorization. If the test information is lost due to illegal operation, you will be responsible for the consequences. If the relevant equipment is damaged, compensation should be based on the price.

4. To submit papers in advance, you can click the "Submit Papers" button. After the examination time expires, examiners should end the examination procedures as required and leave the examination room.

5. When taking the exam, candidates should bring pens for answering subjective questions: 0.5mm black signature pen, 2B pencil and eraser. They are not allowed to bring paper or pens other than those specified. The scratch paper required for answering subjective questions will be distributed by the invigilator in the examination room. After the exam, the answer paper and scratch paper are not allowed to be taken away. If the student is taken away without authorization, the test results for that subject will be cancelled.

6. After entering the examination room, all irrelevant items must be stored in the designated location in the examination room. Candidates are strictly prohibited from bringing electronic communication tools such as mobile phones and calculators with storage functions to their seats. Once discovered, they will be punished as cheating.

7. Except for the candidates and examination staff, no other unrelated personnel are allowed to enter the examination room.

8. Half an hour after the exam starts, candidates will not be allowed to enter the venue and will be considered to have abandoned the exam. Those who submit their papers in advance must wait half an hour after the exam starts before they can hand in their papers and leave.

9. Candidates should fill in their personal information and answer content on the answer sheet as required. When answering questions, please answer at the designated location. Answers at other locations and information beyond the answering area will be invalid.

When modifying, you must wipe it clean with an eraser. No correction fluid or tape must be used. The roll must be kept clean and tidy, and no marks must be made.
