Is the high school in Yongnian, Hebei easy to enter? Does the chemistry teacher want much?

I graduated from Yongnian No.2 Middle School in 2007. The better high school in Yongnian is No.2 Middle School and 1 experimental high school. These three schools are ok, but it's easier to recruit new teachers now if you need to graduate from undergraduate courses or have connections. Most of them recruit teachers to Shijiazhuang job fairs.
