Capital Library treatment

Recruitment for the Capital Library is held in March every year. Written examinations are conducted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture. Recruitment in 2009 has ended. Only fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree or above are recruited each year. Details will be provided in February and March every year. Waiting in Beijing is on the cultural hotline website. The pay at the Capital Library is pretty good. In the first year of my internship, I could already earn up to two thousand pairs. I got overtime pay for overtime work. I also got holiday pay for New Year's Day, Spring Festival, Labor Day, and National Day, and I was also paid quarterly. Labor protection supplies, some holiday items will be given out during some festivals, and three months of heatstroke prevention and cooling fees will be given out in summer.
